Pricing plans
Each plan covers one account-holding company. Choose by user accounts, DeCA volume and support; customer, consignor, carrier and driver records are unlimited.
Owner-driver
For an owner-driver or a company with a low monthly volume.

Maximum of 64 users per plan, counting included users and purchased additional accounts. Each plan retains the number of included users shown in its price list. Add-ons are charged on top of the monthly plan fee.
In every active plan, each DeCA is retained internally for at least the longer of 15 months after the journey or 24 months after creation. Closing a journey does not disable the public PDF URL, which remains accessible beyond seven calendar days after the transport ends. Users are sign-in accounts, including the account holder; customer, consignor, carrier and driver records do not count as users. On the Owner-driver plan, exceeding 50 new DeCAs in a month never blocks creation: if it becomes regular, we will contact you to review the plan, with no automatic change or charge. Prices exclude VAT. After creating an account, its administrator can activate a plan and choose card, bank transfer or direct debit. Payment is not required to activate the plan. Custom terms are agreed in writing.
What the service includes
You can share the link yourself through WhatsApp with no integration fee. To request sends directly from DECA ERP through the API, integration is quoted separately and messages can be paid to DECA ERP or directly to Meta, depending on the option. Compare both options.

Documented REST API for ERP, TMS, invoicing and fleet management systems, with Swagger and downloadable examples. You can work with Excel without an integration fee through the browser or free desktop application, within the supported features. Connecting your own workbook to create and update DeCA documents directly through the API requires separately quoted adaptation. Compare Excel options.
